How we use what you send us through the inquiry form.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry we receive your name, company, work email, country, role, the requirement you describe and any files you attach.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to develop and source the fabric you asked about. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share the technical parts of a requirement with the mills we approach on your behalf. We share contact details with a mill only with your agreement.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records of orders are kept as long as trade and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by writing to hello@texusglobal.com.
